Physical Therapy

The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy services to client/patients in the home as prescribed by the attending Physician.

At Home Care believes rehabilitation is important both before and after surgery and has developed a integrative care plan to prepare patients before they enter the hospital to ensure the most successful recovery.

The Physical Therapist treats clients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance through a personalized rehabilitation plan.

Our Physical Therapists include specialists in neurologic, geriatric and orthopedic care. AT Home Care also has a division dedicated to rehabilitating patients after undergoing amputation.
